For Custom Portraits:
1. Within 8-15 business days of you placing an order, you should receive an additional email/text with a preview of your artwork. If your custom artwork request involves changing a pose, changing features, or altering the natural state of the pictures that are uploaded then times may exceed the 8-15 business days. Also, if there is a large order flow, times may also exceed the listed timeframes above. However, If there is a large order flow and times are expected to be longer than normal, you will be notified immediately and offered the chance to cancel your order if the wait times are too long for you!
2. After approval of the artwork, you can take the print file and get it printed on canvas at the place of your choosing. However, WE NO LONGER PRINT ON CANVAS. THIS IS THE DIGITAL PRINT ONLY.
