Turnaround Times

For Ready To Ship Art Prints: 

Processing times are between 1-3 business days and after processing your order will be shipped off for you to receive in 3-5 business days.

 

For Custom Portraits:

1. Within 1-10 business days you should receive an additional email/text with a preview of your artwork. If your custom artwork 

request involves changing a pose, changing features, or altering the natural state of the pictures that are uploaded then times may exceed the 1-10 business days. Also, if there is a large order flow, times may also exceed the listed timeframes above. If this will be the case, you will be notified immediately and offered the chance to cancel your order if the wait times are too long for you!

2. After approval of the artwork, processing times are between 1-3 business days.

3. After processing times your order is shipped off for you to receive in 3-5 business days.
